Processing & Fulfillment Time
All orders are processed and handed off to our carriers within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Please note: Choosing an upgraded or expedited shipping method at checkout does not include our internal processing time, but it does ensure your package moves much faster once it reaches the carrier.
Domestic Shipping Methods & Speeds
We offer three distinct shipping tiers at checkout based on your needs:
  • Economy Shipping (5–8 Business Days): Our most affordable option, shipping via USPS Ground Advantage. Perfect for non-urgent deliveries. 
  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders $50 and over (only economy domestic shipping - all other methods (as well as AK & HI) will receive a discount for orders $50 or over).
  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): A faster option shipping via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Enjoy a discounted shipping rate on all orders $50 and over.
  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 Business Days): Our fastest tier, shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Enjoy a discounted shipping rate on all orders $50 and over.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
We are happy to serve our customers in Alaska and Hawaii. While we offer the same three shipping tiers at checkout as our mainland US customers, please note that shipping speeds and pricing will vary due to regional logistics.
  • Economy Shipping (7-25 Business Days): Our most affordable option, shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Perfect for non-urgent deliveries. Enjoy a discounted shipping rate on all orders $50 and over.
  • Standard Shipping (5-10 Business Days): A faster option, shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. Enjoy a discounted shipping rate on all orders $50 and over.
  • Expedited Shipping (3-7 Business Days): Our fastest option, shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Enjoy a discounted shipping rate on all orders $50 and over.

Delivery Guarantees & Carrier Delays
While 93%+ of our packages arrive within their delivery window, please note that carrier delivery timelines are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Once a package is handed over to USPS, seasonal surges, severe weather conditions, or local sorting delays are completely outside of our control. We cannot issue shipping refunds for delivery delays caused by the carrier network.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and labeled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the official USPS portal.
